An Experiential Workshop
An IFS-informed workshop for single women who want a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns as they navigate modern dating.
Dating can bring up a lot: overthinking after texts, the “ick,” protest behaviors, shutting down, hope surges, shame spirals, comparison, exhaustion. If you've ever thought “Why do I react like this when it comes to dating?” - you're not alone, and you're not broken.
This experiential workshop uses an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens to explore the parts of us that show up in dating and singledom - and how to relate to them with more clarity, compassion, and choice.

Single women who want a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns in dating.
This is not a dating advice seminar - it's about understanding your inner system so you can move through dating with more self-leadership and less inner chaos.
